Controlling the Behavior of Managers in Terms of Financial Risk

Financial risk management assumes that a properly prepared personnel, using intuition, can not only identify and define the most important risks to the organization, but also to control and manage them properly. The author proposes that the traditional way should be supplemented with a method of the financial risk controlling, which is based on a well-documented data and scientifically checked assumptions, what makes possible to run the risks in connection with achievement of a company objectives.
